Experience Aijiu Treatment for Relaxation and Wellness at Chrysalis
Into my fourth body treatment with @chrysalismediaesthetic and this time round I tried another of their TCM treatment - Aijiu (Spot).

Executed in conjunction with their moxibustion tool to improve the Qi (energy) flow in the meridian body system, this helped to relieve the tension in my back.

This Aijiu treatment is basically painless. I could smell the Ai Cao (่พ่ - Mugwort leaves) used in the Aijiu treatment while lying on my front (what you see in the curtained box in the video) and thatโs about it, no pain at all.
