In this 30mins MOXALIFT 4-in-1 back detox treatment, I was first hand-massage by an experienced therapist and then she proceed to use a special machine, to “Ba Guan” - a strong suction that “suck” up small area of my back. This is to help in blood flow circulation and remove excess moist in my body. After which, the machine heated up to “Tuina” mode, follows the flow of the meridian channels and stimulating the flow of qi and unclogging accumulated toxins that cause poor blood circulation. This also help with lymphatic drainage and reduces water retention.

I felt so sore after the MOXALIFT 4-in-1 back detox treatment but had a very good sleep for a few days. My lower hip doesn’t hurt that much too. It is actually quite an enjoyable session.
