GENERAL ENQUIRIES

Purchasing an order
Is creating an account required before placing an order?
A customer has the option to check out as a Guest or create an account to have access to all required details. These details include customer purchase history that will be linked to the login account. 


Creating an account:
Click on the 'Create Account' option and fill in your particulars


Login issues:
Do check your email or password as they could be incorrect. 


Forgotten Password:
Click on ‘Forgot Your Password?’ option and a temporary password will be sent to your registered email. Do take note to change your password after login in with the temporary password.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Chrysalis Spa shipping charges are in the currency of SGD. All customers will be served from our headquarters in Singapore. The order will be dispatched within 1 working day and the delivery will reach you within 5 working days. For customers who are requesting for overseas delivery, kindly email your request to customerservice@chrysalis.com.sg and our customer service team will advise you accordingly.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Do take note that upon your order process, we are unable to process order cancellations or make any amendments. For any cancellation or amendment request, email our customer service at customerservice@chrysalis.com.sg and they will advise you accordingly. A processing fee could be incurred depending on the status of the order process.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Refund and Returns are only applicable if the product is defective. Do email our customer service team at customerservice@chrysalis.com.sg for assistance. Please be sure to reference your order number for processing.
